Abstract
The phenomenon of street vendors and random markets in the streets, squares and railway stations in all the governorates of the Republic has spread in the Egyptian streets in most of the governorates. On the one hand, this phenomenon greatly affects the traffic movement through the occupation of these street vendors of roads in such a way that it is difficult in some areas to pass people in their cars and sometimes close some roads and cannot pass because of these sellers; In addition to the appearance of random markets non-civilized, Where constant quarrels, pollution and noise centers, and the headquarters of the bullying and outlaws, whether in Cairo or the provinces and located amid the residential blocs, and is a fertile place for the occurrence of disasters and the outbreak of fires. Although random markets are not new, they have increased significantly due to the increase in unemployment rates and the ease of entry into this trade, especially since the seller does not have any restrictions or financial burdens. He wants to market his goods regardless of whether they are good or bad without paying taxes or insurance. He has a commercial record and does not sell in a fixed place, especially as he roams on the sidewalks. The problem of research is to exacerbate the crisis of random markets seriously. If a solution is not found quickly, the reality determines that the existence of activities without the appropriate spaces causes either to be misplaced in other places or to threaten the entire market as a whole. On the urban entity and the aggravation of problems in the region The aim of the research is to understand and analyze markets in terms of types, components, regions and activities, and shed light on the most important problems resulting from the random markets of heterogeneity in the distribution of activities and lack of public services and green areas, in addition to the absence of clear areas such as garages and parking. And then develop a framework and a local model to develop controls for random markets as a tool to activate the role of these markets and to avoid the problems resulting from the random spread.
