Abstract
The temporary city, specially Arabian city faces great challenges mainly after the wide spread of globalization phenomenon and the great technology revolution and what followed that from its trial to follow this great development in the form of blind imitation, ignorance of the local features characterizing the city and importation of urban theories and legislations which are foreign from local context.
