Abstract
This paper tries to analyse phenomenon\case of "Random Rural Urban Sprawl on Agricultural Land in Egypt" and decline of huge areas of most fertile land in Delta and old Valley. The paper depends on several serial steps which are together forming an ascending research line. This line starts with first step which focuses on defining theorticl concepts, fundamentals related to this case. Second step tries to go through historical roots and reasons of this case and to understand its interrelationships with many governmental policies and political, economic, social and cultural transformations happened in Egyptian socitiy through the past period (from 1952 until 2016). Third step tries to study phenomenon\case dinmensions (according to available data) and identify its current and expected situation and size, and also its current and future negative impacts and threats on the Egyptian socity. Forth step focuses on showing the past and current governmental efforts and evaluating its efficiency in dealing with the case. Fifth step presents two international cases as best practices to learn from them suitable lessons to deal with the case. This paper aims to set a general framework that draws a road map for the State "Egypt" to deal with the case of "Random Rural Urban Sprawl on Agricultural Land" in a comprehensive, integrated, and effective way, and to enable the state to achieve more control on random rural urban sprawl. This road map can both help in conserving fertile lands and achieve a good range of total feasibility in dealing with the case.
