Abstract
The research addresses monitoring and analyzing mountain sites, as mountain sites have unique natural and urban nature, which require large amount of awareness and care in assessment of elements of its natural environment. By highlighting the problems that mountain sites suffer from, we find that such problems are represented in the spontaneous growth and scattered spread of urbanization because of tendencies and terrain. The lack of an approach to dealing with mountain sites, including the planning and design foundations to be followed in mountain sites, is the biggest and most significant problem. Thus, the urban characteristics of mountain sites, the problems they suffer from, and the considerations affecting their development were monitored and analysed in order to determine the optimal spatial and territorial distribution of uses to form an appropriate urban environment, through monitoring and analysing two cities with a mountainous nature and devising a set of foundations and criteria that help create an environmentally appropriate community that is compatible with the contouring nature of mountain sites, which is what the research aims to achieve. يتناول البحث رصد وتحليل المواقع ذات الطبيعة الجبلية، حيث تمثل المناطق الجبلية خصوصية فريدة طبيعيا وعمرانيا، تتطلب ذلك قدر كبيرا من الوعي والحذر لتقويم مقومات بيئتها الطبيعية، وبإلقاء الضوء على ما تعانيه المواقع الجبلية من مشاكل نجد أنها تتمثل في تلقائية النمو والانتشار المبعثر للعمران نتيجة الميول والتضاريس، كما يعد عدم وجود منهج للتعامل مع المواقع الجبلية متضمناً الأسس التخطيطية والتصميمية الواجب إتباعها في المواقع الجبلية هي المشكلة الأكبر والأقوى، لذا تم رصد وتحليل الخصائص العمرانية للمواقع الجبلية والمشاكل التي تعاني منها والاعتبارات التي تؤثر على تنمية تلك المناطق لتحديد التوزيع المكاني والفراغي الامثل للاستخدمات لتشكيل بيئة عمرانية ملائمة وذلك من خلال رصد و تحليل مدينتين ذات طبيعة جبلية واستنباط مجموعة من الأسس والمعايير التي تساعد على إنشاء مجتمع ذات ملائمة بيئية متوافق مع الطبيعة الكنتورية للمواقع الجبلية وهو ما يهدف اليه البحث. المتمثل في رصد وتحليل خصائص وطبيعة المواقع الجبلية استنباط الاسس والمعايير للتشكيل العمراني للمواقع ذات الطبيعه الجبلية
