Abstract

The nursing service in the therapeutic buildings is the backbone that supports the healing and recovery processes of patients, although many studies indicate that there is a lack of design of the appropriate nursing environment for operating policies and the quality of medical service affecting the satisfaction of patients and workers, especially that supports the work of nurses in the residential units of patients. Research on the impact of the design and distribution of nursing stations in residential units on the functioning of their operation, and the different patterns of nursing station design and distribution within residential units, through the study, analysis, and evaluation of the criteria established to determine the operational efficiency of nursing stations. By examining the different patterns of design and distribution of nursing stations within the residential units, the design characteristics of these patterns, and their direct and indirect impact on the quality of medical care and the satisfaction of their clients, while studying the requirements for achieving a good operating policy that serves the medical work in the nursing units. These include the research of a set of findings for the analytical study of different systems for the distribution of nursing stations in terms of achieving the criteria of the established operating policy, as well as the results of the study of the importance of the convergence or spacing of different spaces within the accommodation unit by giving them qualitative weight, and the study of the comparison of design models of the accommodation units and its role in improving the operating policy
 
الملخص
    تعتبر الخدمة التمريضية في المباني العلاجية هي العمود الفقري الذي يدعم عمليات الشفاء والتعافي للمرضي، وبالرغم من هذا فإن الكثير من الدراسات تشير إلى وجود قصور في تصميم بيئة التمريض المناسبة الخاصة بسياسات التشغيل وجودة الخدمة الطبية المؤثرة على رضا المرضى والعاملين، وبالأخص التي تدعم عمل الممرضات في وحدات الاقامة للمرضي. ويتساءل البحث عن تأثير طرق تصميم وتوزيع محطات التمريض بوحدات الإقامة على سير العملية التشغيلية بها، والأنماط المختلفة لتصميم محطات التمريض وتوزيعها داخل وحدات الإقامة، من خلال دراسة وتحليل وتقييم المعايير الموضوعة لتحديد الكفاءة التشغيلية لمحطات التمريض.  وذلك من خلال دراسة الأنماط المختلفة لتصميم محطات التمريض وتوزيعها داخل وحدات الإقامة، والخصائص التصميمية لهذه الأنماط، وتأثيرها المباشر وغير المباشر علي جودة الرعاية الطبية وعلي رضا المتعاملين معها، مع دراسة متطلبات تحقيق سياسة التشغيل الجيد التي تخدم العمل الطبي في وحدات التمريض. ومنها توصل البحث لمجموعة من النتائج التي تخص الدراسة التحليلية للأنظمة المختلفة لتوزيع محطات التمريض من حيث تحقيق معايير سياسة التشغيل الموضوعة، اضافة الي نتائج دراسة أهمية تقارب أو تباعد الفراغات المختلفة داخل وحدة الاقامة من خلال إعطاء الوزن النوعي لها، ودراسة مقارنة النماذج التصميمية لوحدات الاقامة ودوره في تحسين عملية التصميم.
