Abstract
Heritage buildings are considered a witness on eras as a great portion of human experiences and social customs are transferred through it from one generation to another. As these buildings represent the nations past, thus it was necessary to revive it through reconstruction through modern and advanced techniques to preserve it all over ages from any human and natural risks. The research aims to be acquainted with the importance of heritage buildings at Gazan area – kingdom off Saudi Arabia and the method of is preservation, as the maintenance of heritage buildings and its reconstruction became a specialization that requires great experience, inspection and culture under the supervision of specialized international organizations or regional authorities through a scientific study for the modern advanced technical methods required for maintenance and reconstructing these buildings from outside and inside. Together with illustrating the effective role of the impact of these techniques in its maintenance and building. This will take place through descriptive analysis and making theoretical and applied studies for receiving information and data used for preserving these buildings.
